Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are based on the information you give us and our inspection of your property. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements. Additional charges may apply for work beyond the original scope.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances in accordance with Ohio state law.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during the agreed-upon work schedule. Delays caused by restricted access may extend the project timeline.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and provide warranties on labor and materials as outlined in your project contract. Warranty coverage does not include damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow all maintenance recommendations provided and notify us promptly of any issues.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us permission to access your property as needed to complete the work. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.

You agree to keep children and pets away from work areas for their safety. Our crew will follow safety protocols, and you agree not to interfere with our work methods.

Liability Limitations

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to notify us immediately if you discover any damage or issues related to our work. Failure to provide timely notice may limit available remedies.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins, subject to cancellation fees outlined in your contract. Once work has started, cancellation may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend work if payment is not received, site conditions are unsafe, or you breach these terms.

Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation, when possible.

You agree to communicate any concerns directly to us first so we can work toward a resolution. We are committed to customer satisfaction and fair business practices.
